Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

EVER GREATER (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that our products, including custom nameplates, 3D emblems, labels, and related accessories, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration specified in this policy. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. Warranty Periods

Standard Products: 2 years from date of shipment

Electroformed Labels and 3D Emblems: 3 years from date of shipment

Metal Nameplates and Industrial Labels: 3 years from date of shipment

Custom OEM Products: Duration as specified in separate agreements

3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

Defects in materials including metals, plastics, and coatings

Workmanship defects in printing, embossing, or finishing

Color fading under normal environmental conditions

Delamination of layers or coatings

Failure of adhesive systems under specified conditions

Corrosion resistance failure under normal conditions

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty shall not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

Improper installation, handling, or storage

Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized personnel

Exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or abrasive cleaning

Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches

Improper cleaning methods or use of non-recommended cleaners

Accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence

Acts of nature, including storms, floods, or fires

Applications not specified in the product documentation

5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Documentation
Gather the following information:

Original order number and date

Product specifications and batch number (if available)

Clear photographs showing the defect

Description of the issue and installation conditions

6. Remedies

If a product is confirmed to be defective, EVER GREATER will, at its option:

Repair the defective product using new materials

Replace the product with equivalent or superior product

Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

7. Limitations and Exclusions

This Warranty Is In Lieu Of All Other Warranties, Express Or Implied, Including Warranties Of Merchantability Or Fitness For A Particular Purpose. Ever Greater Shall Not Be Liable For Incidental, Consequential, Or Special Damages Arising From The Use Or Inability To Use Our Products.

8. International Claims

For international customers:

Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by EVER GREATER

Customs duties and taxes for replacement shipments are the responsibility of the customer

All warranty communications will be conducted in English or Chinese

9. Special Conditions for Custom Products

For custom OEM/ODM products:

Warranty terms may be modified in writing as part of the project agreement

Design-specific requirements may affect warranty coverage

Batch testing results may be required for warranty validation

10. Quality Assurance Commitment

Our commitment to quality includes:

Regular material testing and verification

Manufacturing process controls and documentation

Final inspection and quality control checks

Continuous improvement based on warranty claim analysis

11. Warranty Transfer

This warranty may be transferred to another business entity within the same corporate group with prior written authorization from EVER GREATER.

12. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

Use recommended cleaning methods and materials

Maintain reasonable environmental controls

Retain purchase documentation and order details

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved through:

Legal proceedings in courts of Shanghai, China, if necessary

14. Policy Modifications

EVER GREATER reserves the right to modify this warranty policy. Current customers will be notified of material changes 30 days in advance.
